How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary. Please take into consideration a few different factors such as

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method

For International orders, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you upon checkout.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our exclusive line is cruelty-free. We believe makeup is for humans, not animals!! We have researched our manufacturers and know they do not use products tested on animals.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will ship 48 hours after you order.

*NOTE: during restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time! 

Transit times will vary depending.

Standard: 2-6 Business Days 
Expedited: 1-3 Business Days 
FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days
FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc): 
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days

DHL Express: 2-5 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-10 Business Days
FedEx International Priority: 1-5 Business Days

Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have so much information. What you see on the tracking number is what can be seen by us as well. 

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. 
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder.

Is there a smell to your products?

Our products are fragrance-free, paraben-free, hypo-allergenic, and non-comedogenic.

What is a non-comedogenic product?

Non-comedogenic products are products that do not cause pore blockages and breakouts.

When will my favorite products be back in stock?

For current re-stocks please subscribe to our announcements.

Are your exclusive products available in a store?

Send us an email to our customer service team. They will be happy to help with any other question you may have. Send your name, order number (if applicable), and question to support@shedidcosmetics.com. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however, please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed through shedidcosmetics.com.
