Update May 4, 2020
Hi Beauties,
Sinsational Beauty online store will be reopening today, May 4, 2020. If you have placed an order during the shutdown, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
To protect both our customers and employees we have updated our shipping process. We want to ensure the safety of our team members and customers by ensuring work safety is being followed while maintaining a handle on the increase in online orders. Most orders are arriving to customer home's within 10 business days, although, it may take 4-5 days to receive your shipment confirmation email. Should your order require separate shipments you will be notified by our customer service team.
Please bear with us as online orders and customer service response times are taking longer than usual.

Update March 23, 2020
Hi Beauties,
We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation developing around the world. Our main priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees, customers and community while maintaining a consistent level of customer service.
We are communicating with our team regularly, ensuring they are updated on developing situations in our communities. We have alerted our employees who are ill or who have family in their homes who are exhibiting any symptoms of respiratory illness to follow CDC and Health Department guidelines. We currently do not have any team members to which this applies but we will be following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date state of Texas and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.
To protect our employees and their families, all orders and exchanges placed/completed after March 23, 2020 will be shipped once Sinsational Beauty is allowed to reopen per Texas and Federal Government orders. We will continue to process any refunds and cancellations.
